Within the European Union there are NO customs duty and import taxes.

Outside the European Union customs duty and import taxes of the recipient country will have to be paid by the recipient upon delivery (Incoterm DDU = Delivery Duty Unpaid). Please contact your local customs office for customs duty/taxes, on request we can send you the appropriate customs tariff number(s) of our products.
Payment: Payment options as listed in the order form
Acceptance of goods: The recipient has to check packages for outside damage upon arrival. Visible damages have to be indicated to the courier immediately.
Cancellation/Return: Only possible on shipments within Germany and within 14 days after reception. Return items must be in new and unused condition. On shipments outside of Germany we do not have any return option.
Reservation of ownership: All merchandise remains our property until full payment.
Place of jurisdiction: 88212 Ravensburg, Germany if legally possible according to German laws.
